I wanted to buy a space heater for my office and am glad I made this purchase. It fits perfectly and heats my space on the low setting all day. Recently, my furnace died and I had no heat for 2 days. I brought this home and it heated my bedroom and living room perfectly. You can adjust the timer to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 hour increments. The oscillating feature is also great. Since it does not look like a normal space heater, it is not an eyesore and not embarrassing to display. I think the heat it puts out is perfect. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Lasko 6410 Designer Series Oscillating Ceramic Heater
This heater works well and is very stable. I live in a drafty old rental house that is impossible to insulate and costs a fortune to heat. This heater kept us warm all winter and our electric bills went down significantly.

This has great options on it. Oscillating is a great option. I love that the surface doesn't get hot since my toddler likes to touch it. Heats really well... I did use it mainly in my small very cold bedroom. I also used this for my homebirth of my son to heat up the room... he was born happily in a well heated room!
This also came in real handy when we needed to thaw out our legs from digging out our cars from 30" of snow this past winter in VA. We were frostbitten, very wet, and frozen and this gave us instant relief when sitting directly in front of it!

PROS
This heater looks great and heats up a room quickly(25' X 15' < 1 hour) its big and tall great for large rooms
CONS
not so great for small bedrooms (hard to regulate temperature)
when u first plug it in you need to press like 5 different buttons to get the settings u want... annoying loud BEEP every time you press a button
only oscillates 90 degrees. not a true thermostat... more like a glorified timer
