Great product .
Safe,
Easy to use .....
Turn on ,
Wait a few minutes ,
Get warm .
Speed of warmth depends on room-size ,
and heat setting .
Be Patient ,
Heat is not instantaneous ,
But......
Residual heat ,
after turning down ,
or off ,
is an added bonus .

I've had this heater for about a week and it works very well. It's silent and heats the room evenly. The instructions are poorly written and don't really say much about the ComforTemp button. All it says is that it is factory preset to reach and maintain a suggested & preset ideal energy-saving temp. It doesn't say what that temp is. Other than that I'm pleased with this heater.

I've had the heater for about a week and so far works well (as it should).
I like the matted black finish - I think it looks more elegant that way, but it probably depends on your room decor. It's cold enough where I live that I leave the heater at maximum temperature for the most of time. I have used the ComforTemp button and it seems to level out the heat, but it hasn't been tested enough to know for sure.
